We offer wound consultant services in several settings. We believe that our Wound Care Consultant service among the spectrum of living arrangements is consistent with the much needed continuity of care for these patients.

Home Care

In coordination with Home Health Agencies, we will evaluate and follow-up on a regular basis in order to accomplish wound healing. Communication with family members, primary care physician and nurses/aides is vitality important in the team approach that we employ to treat wounds.

Long Term Care

Residents of Skilled Nursing Facilities, either admitted for long term placement or rehabilitation, need the services of a wound care consultant that will be able to evaluate and treat their wounds in their own living environment, eliminating the transportation issues to a physician's office or Wound Care Center.

Assisted Living

Residents of Assisting Living Facilities that have non healing wounds who are unable to transport themselves will benefit immensely from the services of a mobile wound consultant service.
